These Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Messaging Terms”) govern SMS/MMS text messaging programs operated by Jauls DeBira Creative Holdings & Media LLC™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its affiliated Sub-Brands, including but not limited to: AlasConcepts™, AlasDesigns™, Artozaic™, Coaching For Chronic Illness™ (collectively, “Programs”).
2. Opt-In and Express Consent
By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in (for example, checking an unchecked consent box), you agree to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Costs
Msg & data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan.
4. Opt-Out
Reply STOP to cancel. You may receive one final confirmation message. If you opted into multiple brand programs, STOP may apply to the program that sent the message. To manage preferences across brands, contact support@jaulsdebira.com.

6. Supported Carriers and Availability
Programs may not be available on all carriers or in all regions and may be blocked by certain carriers at their discretion. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Multi-Brand Programs
The Company operates multiple Sub-Brands. Depending on your selections and subscriptions, you may receive messages from the parent Company and/or the specific Sub-Brand(s) you selected.
8. Privacy
We use and protect your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We maintain proof-of-consent records for compliance and program integrity.
9. Eligibility
You must be the account holder or have authorization to enroll the mobile number provided.
10. Changes
We may modify these Messaging Terms or end a Program at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Effective Date.
